* There is a two night minimum stay, except during Summer Season and statutory holiday weekends when there is a three night minimum stay.

Upon receipt of deposit a written confirmation will be sent with an orientation sheet, map, directions, and a copy of rental policies.

DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION POLICY:

At the time of booking, we collect a deposit in the amount of 50% of the total cost of your stay. The balance is due upon arrival. If you must cancel your reservation and it is more than 30 days from the date of your arrival, there is a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 30 days from the date of your arrival result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:

We provide high speed internet access, TV/VCR/DVD, a stereo and a BBQ.

Dogs must be well-behaved and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Dogs are not permitted off leash outdoors on the house property, and are not permitted in the Tofino Botanical Gardens.

Week-long visitors receive a complimentary guided tour of the Gardens and a complimentary guided tour with a biologist of the Tofino mudflats or the intertidal zone on nearby Chesterman Beach. Each tour is approximately 90 minutes long.

The Botanical House lies within the Tofino Botanical Gardens which is a non-smoking property. Smoking is prohibited in the home, the yard and the gardens. We appreciate your understanding.
