On-line registration for the Congress has now closed as maximum capacity has been reached. Please read below for some commonly asked questions.

1. I am registered but I cannot attend the Congress, what should I do?

You must contact Natasha Duarte at [email protected].  Registration fee refunds are not possible past April 

2. I am a local resident of Tofino, Ucluelet or Clayoquot Sound. How can I attend the Congress?

For everyone, please remember that your registration will not be considered complete until funds have been received. If you registered online before February 26th, you should have received a receipt confirming your on-line registration. If you have chosen to pay by bank transfer or money order or check, you will receive a second confirmation once your funds are received.
