Rates & Reservation Policies at The Botanical House

TERMS:

All prices are in Canadian Dollars. Rates include taxes where applicable.

Reservations require a deposit of 50% of total at the time of booking along with a security/damage deposit of $250 (secured by credit card). The balance of the total cost is due 30 days prior to arrival. Payment by Visa or MasterCard. Cheque & cash accepted but credit card security is required.

Upon receipt of deposit a written confirmation will be sent with an orientation sheet, map, directions, and a copy of rental policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

30 days prior to arrival for return of deposit less $50.

Less than 30 days forfeits reservation deposit.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS:

This is a non-smoking house. There is a covered porch for smokers.

We provide high speed internet access, TV/VCR/DVD, a stereo and a BBQ.

Dogs must be well-behaved and are not allowed on furniture or beds. Dogs are not permitted off leash outdoors on the house property, and are not permitted in the Tofino Botanical Gardens.

Week-long visitors receive a complimentary guided tour of the Gardens and a complimentary guided tour with a biologist of the Tofino mudflats or the intertidal zone on nearby Chesterman Beach. Each tour is approximately 90 minutes long.
